My friend, T, told me that his insurance agent told him that he now qualifies for an upgrade to his insurance plan but for a limited time period only. T said that although it's a very attractive plan, if he were to get life and medical insurance inclusive of 36 critical illnesses until the maximum age of a hundred years old he would be paying premium to the tune of half a million dollars!
I thought that it's pretty hefty and wondered if one really needs that much insurance. How much is enough, actually?
