Law Enforcement Gear

Before my friend, Marc, migrated to Australia, he was a RELA volunteer. I used to think that RELA volunteers are just like guards, who after wearing a uniform, people would be afraid of them and they needn't do anything extra. After knowing Marc, he changed my perspective on the role of RELA volunteers. Well, I have to admit that I was totally wrong in their duties and responsibilities.

According to Marc, volunteers who are ranked officers and above get to attend arms training and gun handling just like real police officers. I didn't know that. Basically, they also get to do some of the police work even though they are just volunteers and do not draw a salary, although they are paid allowances when on duty. Marc told me that although they are not assigned law enforcement gear, they are like law enforcers too and when he was a volunteer, he was pretty well-equipped with accessories that would make his job easier.

When I came across the website of LA Police Gear, I thought of Marc and how he would find the products here so useful. If he was still in RELA, I would have bought him this Fenix Flashlight for Christmas. It is an extremely powerful LED flashlight even though it is only powered by a single AA battery. What I like about it is the long LED life of approximately 50,000 hours but the BEST thing to be is that it is a dual mode flashlight, with outputs of General or Turbo, with different brightness levels.

Unfortunately, Marc is no longer with RELA and I would have to come up with a substitute Christmas gift. I will, however, pass this website on to Marc so that he could recommend his old team mates to shop at LA Police Gear. I am sure the guys would have plenty to buy!
