I thought that every household should be equipped with DIY tools. I don't know, my dad is such a handyman that I grew up helping him build or fix things and tools like hammer and spanner are stuff that I grew up handling. Mind you, my dad is not a carpenter or plumber by any means but I think he's the old kind of guy who does everything manly man around the house.
But then I have this uncle who lives a few streets away who keeps asking to borrow our tools each time his kitchen and/or bathroom faucets leak. That's also not a problem since it's not like an everyday occurrence but then the thing is that he would conveniently forget to return our tools after he has fixed his faucets and when we have a need for the tools, we find that they are STILL with him and have to wait for him to return them, or ask him to send them over, so that we could use OUR tools to fix OUR faucets. SIGH!!!
