Should Pakatan Rakyat Accept Gerakan Into Its Fold?

So Gerakan finally decides that it is time to take some action regarding their position in Barisan Nasional after taking the beating they did in the General Elections earlier this year and being humiliated by UMNO.

Gerakan says that they have three options; to stay with Barisan Nasional, to leave Barisan Nasional and join Pakatan Rakyat or to leave Barisan Nasional and remain an independent party.

I don't know what others feel but I think that if Pakatan Rakyat were to receive any rejected parties into their coalition, even if it was just to make up the numbers, it would be doing it in bad taste. I mean, these parties have lost like shit in the General Elections in March, 2008 which means that they were rejected big time. There could be many reasons for the rejection; ideology, corruption, etc.

Since these people are already unwanted and so damn unpopular, why take them in again? Wouldn't this make the whole land scam investigation a complete farce?

I find it funny how most people blame everything on UMNO. They forgot, MCA, Gerakan, MIC, etc are playing the same game with UMNO. There's no way UMNO can succeed today without these idiots supporting them.

Blame BN as a whole, not only UMNO. Say No to leeches from BN. kekekeke

Hey eibla,

Sorry if you misunderstood. I meant that the UMNO guy humiliated Gerakan members.

And yes, BN has only themselves to blame for being in this position.
