I am always game for a good contest and was told of the 2006 Photograph of the Year contest that's organized by PhotographyCorner.com and ImageAlign.com.

What I like about this contest is that it's open to everyone and not only professional photographers, which means anyone with a camera will be eligible to participate and get a shot at the total of USD14,000 up for grabs!

Submission of photographs is simple. Just email it in to poty@photographycorner.com as an attachment. Always remember to attach your photograph or you will be disqualified. It's also a no-no to link it to your online photo album. No one will click on your link :-)

Oh yeah, you will need to register yourself at PhotographyCorner.com too so that you can provide your user ID in your entry. And I don't think I need to stress that your photograph has to be your original work, do I?
