I am so pissing MAD!!!!!!!!!!! I made a call to Public Bank Card Centre just now and was put on hold for more than 50 minutes!!!!! Check out this screenshot of my phone. Do you see all the 2222222222s?? I had to press 2 to speak to a customer service representative and there were four lines of it that my screen could not even show all of the 2s I pressed!

It's so shitty not because it is a 03 number, which means that it's an outstation call and it is more expensive calling from Perak than it is calling from the same state but of the looong wait and yet I still could not speak to a customer representative because I finally cut off my line. Who the hell has so much time waiting on the phone? I only did it because a friend told me that he was put on hold for 30 minutes yesterday so I thought that I should at least wait that long as well.

This morning, I called them up and f@rked them on another issue. Tomorrow, when I am able to get through, I am going to screw them 99 again! What sort of customer service is this? SH!T!
