A few months ago, at a drums festival, I met a musician who was a guest artist at the event. Although he knows how to play the drums, he was in fact, more comfortable performing with his Turkish kaval, a type of flute.
This guy, whom I shall not name, is quite well-known across the world for his prowess with wind instruments. Yes, the Turkish kaval was just one of the instruments that he has mastered.
As his birthday is coming up, I am considering getting him the incredibly versatile classic vandoren al3 optimum alto saxophone mouthpiece which I hope he can use all the time. And think of me when he does. HEHEHE!
