My friend's daughter is dreaming of being a singer. She wants to convert her room into a studio where she could record her own songs. I am very impressed with her musical inclination and creativity and I think that her talent should be encouraged and nurtured.
My friend said she will buy a mic stand at musicians friend, as that's what she wants. She already has a microphone, but may get a new, upgraded one.
I am happy that most of my friends have children who are talented and capable. And being the new breed of parents, they allow the children to indulge in what they like.
