I have been going to bed before midnight for at least one month already and I still feel sleepy in the morning. That's because I have been conditioned to sleep five hours or so at one stretch only. That means I am awake at about 4+ am. 

And then even when I get back to sleep again, my sleep has been disrupted and hence, I am not refreshed! And then I would need to take an afternoon nap. If I have things to do in the afternoons that cause me to skip my nap, I would keep yawning until people asked me if I had been a thief the night before. HAHA! What an expression! 

Anyway, am looking for ways to get a better night's rest so that I would feel more energetic in the morning.
