It is so weird. My aunt, who went for a full medical check up in University Hospital (now Universiti Hospital Medical Centre) in the first week of May, received her test results yesterday and apparently, there is NOTHING wrong with her. No cancer or other diseases.
This is so weird because this is totally different from the blood test results that my aunt took in Ipoh prior to her trip to UMCC, hence the urgency,where cancer markers show that her cancer is back. The doctor in Ipoh was also worried that cancer may have spread to her lungs.
Now the doctors in UMCC are telling her that she is fine, there is nothing to show in her test results but she should still go for her scheduled CAT scan in early June, but only as an outpatient. How come there is such a huge difference in the blood test results?
My father thinks that either the blood sample in Ipoh or in PJ was marked wrongly and it looks like the only way to determine which is the correct one is to take yet another full blood profile.
