So, the Court of Appeal has just reversed KL High Court's ruling that Nizar is the MB of Perak. Looks like the post I wrote just ten days ago about Pakatan Rakyat being back in government in the state of Perak is no longer valid. That's what happens when the system in Malaysia is so broken.
Anyway, I want to know for how long? Definitely Nizar will be taking his case up to the Federal Court which means that this political impasse in the state is still not settled.
To me, I do not have a Menteri Besar while this dinging and donging is on-going. I am going to wait for the 13th General Elections. It isn’t that long a wait, isn’t it? Hopefully, which ever party rules, will rule with a distinct majority. That will truly show what the Rakyat wants.
