Fitness Issues

My sister tells me that she has to buy new clothes because either her clothes have shrunk or she has grown fatter. Funny that she thinks her clothes have shrunk! I can sympathize with her because I find that as I grow older, I am definitely finding it more difficult to keep the flab off.

No, it's not that I eat more. If you have followed this blog all along, you would know that food isn't top priority in my life. And no, it is not that I don’t exercise but I think that as we age, we need to put in MORE work. Sometimes I feel ashamed that although I try to set new workout goals, I am never able to keep to them.

Just now, I was surprised to read on the website of Constant Fitness that even people with chronic illnesses or diseases should work out. Of course, I have read of people who are completely cured from cancer but I thought those were miracles. Now I know that even if we are diagnosed with a terminal disease or suffer from a chronic health condition that requires constant management, we can take control of our health with fitness management for an improved quality of life.

If you require assistance managing your fitness, check out the website of Constant Fitness. I think you would benefit from the experience of Stan Lee in helping people with past bodily injuries or are suffering from certain medical conditions, as well as common weight and fitness issues.
