Honda Malaysia unveiled the spanking third generation Honda City 2009 a couple of days ago in Kuala Lumpur and I nicked this video from YouTube. hehehe! Check it out!

Although I plan to buy a car sometime next year, I definitely do not plan to buy such an expensive car. I could buy half a house here in Ipoh already!

The on the road price for Honda City 2009 in Peninsular Malaysia for individual owners is almost RM85,000 for Grade S while for Grade E, it is almost RM90,000. I can't freaking imagine why someone would want to buy cars with such a heavy price tag because everyone knows that car value depreciates as soon as it is bought. Besides, cars like these are not luxurious enough (to me) to be company cars. They don't have the executive look.

A friend was asking me how much Toyota Yaris is selling here in Malaysia. It's more than RM90,000, close to RM100,000. Duh... I'd rather buy property. Perhaps I should let him know that the 3rd generation Honda City is cheaper than Toyota Yaris.
