SAD!!!! TVB has rearranged its schedule for the week and The Gem of Life had to make way for one of TVB’s 41st Anniversary programs and also for the conclusion of When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West. They usually air the final two episodes on the same evening, back to back, which is good, I think, because it means that we do not have to wait another 24 hours to know how a drama ends!

“When Easterly Showers Fall on the Sunny West” is actually a TVB period drama which I did not follow. I can't understand half of the olden Cantonese used in period dramas and I think that it spoils the level of entertainment for me, which is kind of weird, coming from me, a fan of Korean dramas and movies who also does not understand a word of Korean initially.

Anyway, now that The Gem of Life episodes 34 and 35 are carried forward to next week, it's going to be difficult to keep track of which episode airs on which day. Previously, when we had five episodes per week, it was easier to calculate when we go by fives. In any case, I can’t wait for the new week to come so that I could continue with the drama. Urghh I so want to see Constance and Terrence "settle" into their relationship.

By the way, I think it's pretty unfair to force Terrence to give up everything and leave Hong Kong NOW. Come on, Terrence is supposed to be a successful businessman. She should at least allow him a day or two to wrap things up and tie up loose ends, right? RIGHT?? Poor Terrence!
