It's funny how our market has been flooded with shoes from China and I was telling my mother not to buy them if possible because it would hurt our feet and change the shape of our soles because all China shoes are flat, if you noticed.

Casual wear is fine but when you are looking for shoes to run, exercise or play sports in or even if you know you need to stand or walk for long hours, you will need proper shoes. My friend bought a pair of Running Shoes not too long ago as he wanted to reduce weight by jogging around the neighborhood every evening.

I checked his pair of shoes on Holabird Sports and discovered that we could buy the same at Holabird Sports for cheaper! Of course I am not going to let him know about it since he already bought his pair but now, when I need a pair of athletic footwear, I know where to get mine!
