All Roads Lead Home

I told my friend that I am following three dramas at the same time and he thought that I don't like watching movies. Hey, I do, and I love watching movies as a family. The kind of movies that I love to watch is varied but when there's family, I love one that has an entertaining family storyline.

Even at my age, I have no problems watching animated movies, like the most recent one I watched. I feel though, that when it comes to animated movies, it would be more enjoyable if there are children watching too. They look at things differently and interpret movies quite unlike how adults do. If a family movie night consists of all adults, my top choice would be horror movies. Yeah, I'm sadistic and live to scare the living daylights out of us! Hahaha!

For me, while watching a movie (or drama), I'd prefer to be munching some finger food, so popcorn and fizzy drinks are a must! HHmm no wonder I can't seem to slim down lately. LOL

This holiday season, a perfect movie to watch together is "All Roads Lead Home". I am not sure if you have come across this synopsis yet but it's about a 12-year-old girl who lost her mother in a car accident, and blaming her father for it. The man, meanwhile, had to cope with the loss of his wife, bearing the blame and trying to bring up the daughter who is going though a difficult time. On the other hand, the maternal grandfather does not know how to face the girl who looks so much like his late daughter.

I have enclosed the trailer of All Roads Lead Home The Movie. The puppy, Atticus, was the one who finally made everyone see things in a different light, changing the life of of the girl and her family. What makes this movie all the more touching is that it is based on a true life story. This is just the kind of movie I like watching with family. It brings us closer together.
