Now that we have Mobile Number Portability (MNP), though it is still not available here in Ipoh (dummy!), I am actively searching for the cheapest prepaid mobile service. Yes, I am going back to prepaid after slightly more than a year as a Celcom C250 user, paying monthly for what I am not using. SIGH!
Does anyone have an answer? I text more than I make voice calls but I would also love to enjoy cheap call rates so that should I need to make that handful of calls, it would not eat up my credit. Oh yes, I don't video call and I have only sent one MMS since using mobile phones! Hahah! I have narrowed down my options to Happy, DiGi and uMobile. I welcome your input if you have any!

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your comment. yes, that's what I am doing, plus visit their booths for clarification but it is still not clear which one stands out.
how about HAPPY? RM0.99 for 45 minutes of call? hehe.. i found it quite good if u got a lot of friends to talk to.. but sms will be slightly more expensive than the normal package of digi or maxis.. hee
Hi Jing,
The 99sen call for 45 monites only meh? I thought it's unlimited cos it says 99sen per call. LOL
But I text more and I don't like Happy charge RM2 per call to Customer Service. That should be provided free.
