Last week, I read on a forum that there are people who still believe in the existence of Santa Claus even today. What a surprise. I never did believe that Santa Claus is real even when I was a kid. Perhaps it is because the image projected in Western media is of this Caucasian jolly figure while the Santa Clauses here are mostly Indians with a fake belly that we KNOW is fake at once.
I have always been the horror kid that Santa Claus is afraid of. Even though I do not believe in Santa, I would push the other kids away so that I get all the candy and I would also "attack" Santa Claus and try to get my hands into his sack. I thought that there would be toys and more candy inside but one year, I discovered that there were only empty boxes inside. Cheh, bluff children!!!
