I once asked Paul what he would do when he has a million US dollars. He told me that he would buy his dream property. Hmmm he already has a few condo units which add up to more than a million MYR but the said that what he wants is really a family home where children can run freely about without fear. Having lived in New York for more than a decade, he has had enough of the hustle and bustle of city life and the polluted air.
I wanted to be cheeky and tell him to get a wife and family first and the million dollar dream home will follow suit but I did not lest he misunderstands but I did show him the website with NC homes for sale.
I am sure Paul would agree that the homes in North Carolina showcased on the website are very beautiful and even though the price tag is not a million dollars for some of the homes, they certainly LOOK a million dollars. That's how elegant they are! Why would someone spend so much on a home when one could buy any of the cheaper homes that we see on this website right?
If I were Paul with that much money to burn, I would have bought one of the beautiful NC homes for sale. I just can see myself living there!
