Some time back when I wrote a post on Lap band and the decision that a fatty friend of mine is taking to reduce his weight and lap band as his last resort, a reader told me that lap band will work but we will still need to eat health and exercise regularly.
I have to agree that it's a combination of methods that can keep the weight away. My friend has already cut down on his food intake but is not disciplined enough to put in regular exercise. A hectic work life is also to be blamed when there's hardly any personal time.
I am not sure if my friend will finally go thorough with the procedure since it is said to be a non-evasive and safe procedure but I do hope that no matter which method he opts for he will get the weight off eventually.

I'm currently trying to reduce weight too but i'm not sure if I want to opt for this procedure
