Recently, I realised that I am very lucky to have my very own personal cheerleader. I have a friend whom I have known a few years. Living in different states, we do not get to spend that much time together but you know what? I realised that he is one of the few friends who support me in anything I do. He cheers me on by the side and helps me whenever he can. I think he would run my race for me if it was possible.
Even for something that may not be important to others, like being the first person to post 10,000 posts in a forum or being the top referral in a program so that I could win a prize, he would be there supporting me all the way and getting people to sign up for the program under my name. Where can we find people like this?
Well, the examples that I quoted are actually childish matters and like I said, they may not be important to others but these were important to me at that time and he was there all along urging me on. There are many more instances of course.

Well, I have people like this is my life as well, many.
When I was young, I was dumb to think that they have feelings towards me. Pretty silly huh? But then I knew things won't come that easily and they just to be, well, good friends and climb up you friends' ladder.
Although I don't quite know why they did this, but they eventually has became part of my life - best friends!

No, these people don't have any lovey dovey feelings wan, but you are right that they are best friend material, somebody you know you can rely on should you need his/her help. Don't you feel lucky?

Hi _butt! Boy or girl, man or woman, sometimes somebody like that will appear in your life. With people like that cheering us on, sometimes the challenges of life seem easier to overcome.
