When our company was going through some system upgrades, one of the upgrades management opted for was the small business phone systems. The main aim was to reduce cost and keep maintenance at its minimum. With the advancement of technology, our company decided to explore and adopt the new VoIP technology which is a lot simpler to use since all our branches are able to use the same phone system with free dialing between all branches, hence we did not have to bear the hefty monthly telephone bills anymore.
We noticed that since our upgrade, our teams have been more efficient than ever as we could communicate freely between teams that are based in different offices without restrictions.
