I feel that people who are not disciplined in managing their finances should never apply for a credit card as he will only incur more and more debts.
Having said that, if you already have a credit card and should you wish to transfer your credit balance, it is important to look for cards that give you 0% balance transfers. And if you can couple this with 0% credit cards for three to six months then it would be ideal.
