Since I am supposed to think of a unique Christmas party game for the Christmas party that my aunt is hosting next month for her grand- daughter and her school friends, I am reminded of all the Christmas parties that I attended as a child and young adult, especially those that my late grandmother organized for us grandchildren. I missed those days where I played simple Christmas party games with my cousins. I don’t deny that I miss exchanging Christmas gifts as well!
Now that it is my turn to organize a Christmas party for children, I wonder if those old simple Christmas party games would still be relevant. I checked Celebrations.com and they have plenty of fun ideas for Christmas party games for children that adults would be able to participate in and enjoy themselves as well but they don't have the kind of games I used to play as a kid. Maybe those are out-dated already.
In any case, with the help of Celebrations.com, I have a few surprises up my sleeve that I am sure the kids would love and remember this Christmas for a long time to come. Christmas may not be a family tradition for some of these kids but I still aim to make it most memorable and meaningful for them.
