It's been two months since suffering from crappy Streamyx connection. The thing that pisses me off is that I have done everything I could except terminate my subscription and I am still facing the same old issues. The only reason that I am not terminating or upgrading my package is because of my free for life modem warranty.
I don't know how many calls I have made to Streamyx Customer Care line in these two months. I guess it is close to fifty calls. It could be more if not for the times I restrained myself from calling. I don't men to be a pain in the neck but the service has been so poor lately, I don't know what to do except to call them and make report after report.
I'm contemplating subscribing to Maxis 3.5G but I am unsure if the coverage is already in my area. If it's good, i can terminate my Celcom Advance subscription and maybe convert my voice line to a prepaid line again.
