The other day, I came across a website which gives out complaint-free bracelets for free. The aim of this bracelet is to remind the wearer not to complain so much and be thankful for things. Although I did not request for the bracelet, I try to count my blessings everyday and try not to complain.
It is very easy to complain and easier with an avenue like a blog where I could just bang out all my bottled up feelings but I try to restrain myself. It can be frustrating when Streamyx is slow, for example, but I try to be happy that I could even afford broadband, you know?
Although I do complain about stuff sometimes, I do know of a couple of people who complain, complain, complain on every little thing and it gets on my nerves. People like that, I don't want to talk to so much because they just make me more depressed than I already am.
For people like me, I need to mix with happy people, people who can cheer me up with random jokes and not tell me things that would make me sad and/or angry.
