I have not been sleeping well for the past week. I have always been a light sleeper, and don't need so much of sleep at one go. I usually sleep some 5 hours at night, and one hour in the afternoon, so I still do get six hours of sleep a day.
I know it's bad but I can't break this cycle. I do, however, forgo my afternoon nap if I don't have the chance.

So, this past week, I have been travelling, and I have to bunk with a snorer, so as you can imagine, I have been kept awake the whole night?
Sleepy! Yawn!
