One thing about going on trips is that my schedule is so tight, I hardly have time for anything else. Since I have work piled up, I try to do at least a little bit every night, and that's why sometimes, I only get to be in bed at 2am or even later.
This is bad, I know, and it's no wonder it is taking me such a long time to get well. I also miss my afternoon naps, something I will take almost every afternoon when I am home in Ipoh, unless I have to be outdoors.
Now that I am home, I am going to make up for my loss but sleep is not something that one could gain back once it is lost.
