There's still one week to go before I leave Ipoh, and go on an adventure. Frankly, I am a little apprehensive, not because it is a long trip (7 days) but it is the unknown that lays ahead. Aren't we all afraid of things that we don't know? 

A friend checked my schedule for the trip and says it looks like the Olympics. Yes, it is a marathon week and it doesn't look like I have much free time at all. Heh... I hope I could lose a little weight whilst on the trip seeing that I won't have time for afternoon naps and I hope erratic meal times can make me burn some fat!
