I recently found out that Malaysians have very low IT literacy. It's either that or they are very lazy, and they never read. No matter how many times I say something, they still repeatedly do the wrong thing!
It's really frustrating, actually. I won't say I expect a lot from this people but I expected them to at least read and understand simple instructions in English.
Low IT literacy rate does not apply to people of the older generation because some can be really savvy. I found that even the younger generation, people around my age, also cannot navigate around the internet and had to be guided. Pisses me off, really.
