Lifelong Learning

My uncle believes in lifelong education and truly, even at 70, he continues to explore new things, teaching himself computing, then web designing. He runs an online education portal, you see, and although he has employees, he does not believe in depending on others 100%.

The other day, he asked me when I am ready to go back to school again. Actually, I am ashamed that I am never able to set the time for this. I can go for an online university degree, I know, and it would be more convenient that commuting to a college but I guess at this point in my life, my priorities are not on books. I wonder if there ever will come a time when I could focus on getting a degree at my age.

Even as I am bogged down by other work and family commitments I do know the importance of a solid education and if given the chance to turn back the clock, I would rather complete my education first before starting work where all sorts of distractions come in!
