My friend told me that she booked an air ticket during Air Asia's promotion for cheap tickets but the trip is six months later.

I wonder how someone could plan a holiday so far ahead. I know I couldn't. But my friend told me that since the tickets are cheap, it's like a bet. If she could go then it's a cheap trip, but if she couldn't make it and since she would not be allowed to transfer the tickets or if she is not allowed to defer her trip, then it's just a small loss.

I don't know about her rationale. Personally, I am not even able to plan my trips a month a head. The most is one or ten days ahead only. Yes, I live a life that doesn't have a fixed schedule!
