Ho Ho Ho!
I watched The Gem of Life episode 50 already, have you? Boy, is the drama heating up. NOW, we know that Martin (Ho Fung), is the real number one. I like his acting there. I guess the happiest person is Jessica (Ada Choi) while the rest, namely his son, Terrence (Moses Chan) and his old friend, Melissa, are all shocked. They are looking at Martin as a "new man".
I've been thinking, now that Philip Song has been defeated by Martin and his company is swallowed by Martin's too, does it mean that Calvin's company is once again down? This means that Sylvia's sacrifice for Calvin by marrying Sunny in a pact with Catherine so that Catherine would be able to help her "husband", Calvin, is all for naught. Am I right?
Hah... it will be most interesting to watch, moving forward. Now, my favourite couple to watch is no longer Terrence and Constance but Sunny and Sylvia. I think Sunny looks smart in suits but please, somebody ask him to take off the moustache! It makes him look so hamsup!

Pity me still stucked at episode 42.
Hi,
I have been reading your blog started from last week. Very nice blog and interesting to read.
No doubt it is one of the best, or one of the gems from TVB :) Every evening, first thing after dinner is to watch it. I don't usually watch TVB drama since I am outside Hong Kong. I came across it when I back there 2 months ago. Probably I am old, I think it will be even better if the pace can be slowed down a bit. If one episode is missed, I won't be able to catch up. Nevertheless, it is an excellent drama.
BTW, I think she is Ada Choi.
John
Hi Jessen,
You seem like being stuck in the 40s ~ and it's kind of slow paced there. Trust me, there's a major turn at episode 50!
Hi John,
Yes, it's Ada Choi, thanks for the correction!
