If you have been following my blog, you will know that I have a friend who is grossly overweight. Over the years that I have known him, he has been trying to lose weight. I know how tough it is for him but it looks like so far, no matter what he tries, it will work initially but not for long. He even subscribed to a new weight loss diet that cost him a few grand but in the end, he was at his same size again.

Recently, he's been trying alli. If you do not know, it is the first FDA approved over-the-counter weight lost pill. I am not sure if popping so many different types of diet pills would cause him more harm than good but he was adamant. He said that his FINAL option would be to go for plastic surgery. He could afford it but wouldn't it be a tad drastic already?
