This Christmas may be the last one we are going to celebrate with my late cousin's daughter, Wei Wei. Her father may be sending her back to Johor where the family has a business there. When her mother passed away, she was so young that they decided it would be better off for her to spend her primary school years here in Ipoh with her grandmother.

Well, next year, she will be entering Secondary School. While her grandmother would be worried of her new life in Johor Bahru, I think that it would be better off for her to live with her father and three brothers. They are, after all, closer family members than we could ever be.

I am thinking of buying her a couple of Christmas toys and have been checking the web for the most popular ones this year. Although I have seen lists of hot 2008 Christmas toys, I haven't really come across any that would be suitable for her age. There's still time to pick and choose, luckily!
