A couple of days ago, my neighbor could not get his car started. I don't know what happened but it was very noisy what with him TRYING to start the engine every five minutes! Luckily he gave up after a few hours.
However, he did get a mechanic over who told him that he needed to replace his radiator. Well, it's an old car so it's not surprising that he needs to replace SOMETHING.
The problem is that I think he does not maintain it at all. Radiators aren't that expensive, are they? I think that a car should be sent to the workshop for overhaul once in a while so that all mechanical parts will run smoothly and not give up like that and let the driver down just when he wants to use the car.
