I wonder how shopping complexes could survive here in Ipoh. I go out to the mall almost every night and I tell you, I see the same people almost every night! Seriously!
If I went to Kinta City last night and I go to Ipoh Parade tonight, there is a good chance that I will bump into a few people who were in Kinta City last night as well.
And the funny thing is, one or two of these people would be wearing the same clothes as well! Haha! I'm not joking! So tell me, with only so many of us here in Ipoh and so many places vying our business, it must be pretty tough, especially when our earning power is so low and most of us do not have dispensable income to spare.
Besides, a lot of us go out to window shop only lah. Yes, fuel is expensive now but Ipoh is a small city and shopping complexes are all just a short distance away.
