I am in the process of writing a really long letter to send to my old friend via airmail. Gosh, it seems like YEARS since I wrote a real LETTER and to think that I will be sending it by AIRMAIL. Hahaha that's so yesterday but it's what I used to do. I remember writing 8 - 10 pages each time I reply a letter via airmail and I was thinking that since a letter will take about two weeks to reach its destination, why not make the most out of the time and stamps?
The problem in penning a letter is not so much the content since I always have so many things to share but it is in the actual process of holding a pen and writing letter by letter onto paper with as few mistakes as possible so that I do not have to use "liquid paper" and then write the correct word ON the liquid paper. I always, ALWAYS spoil my letter that way.
Well, I am only onto the second page and there's still so many more things to say, though sometimes when it comes to writing that particular issue down, suddenly the issue is not so "hot" anymore to be shared, if you know what I mean.
In any case, I need to get the letter sent out by next week so there's not much time to write.

Oh yeah, i used to write 12-page letters to my penfriends during my school days - the envelope was so thick by the time i folded the pages inside! Handwritten letters are always so personalised...nowadays, they are almost extinct! I always treasure my handwritten letters.
Hi PureGlutton,
LOL I am keeping bagfuls of letters from years ago and everyone who does not know about the joys of handwritten letters that they wonder if those are love letters.
