I met an old school mate by chance a couple of days ago and boy, it was such a long time since we met. We did not even keep in touch since parting ways after our SPM. I knew that she went to college in KL after that but that was it.
A few years later, I saw her at a shopping mall here but I did not call out to her as she was with her husband and a baby. Well, I wanted to keep a distance with everyone by choice.
What amazes me is that Ipoh could be such a small city but when it comes to meeting friends by chance in town, it hardly happens even though we may live here for years. Anyway, she told me to look her up in Facebook which I did.
I checked out her Friends list and boy, was I surprised that all my friends are now older but they all looked the same like they did while in school except that most of them are mummies now! This thought is very scary to me because here I am still fooling around while they already contributed to the world's population!
