Life Without Central Government?

Living in Malaysia where life is regimented and know no other life, this morning, I was given an opportunity to think how life would be in a stateless society that means there is no Central Government to rule us. Ah, this is going to happen soon when the Parliament is dissolved for the General Election but yet it will feel as if the Government will still be in placed. At least, the media would still be referring to the Prime Minister as the Prime Minister even though the Parliament has been dissolved and technically, he is no longer the Prime Minister, right?

I was introduced to a stateless society website at FreeOfState.org and I think it is quite a fascinating concept to be free from governmental rule. Of course, in some instances, there should be a government but when the high ranking officials in the government misuse their power and position then it's time to rethink if these are the people we want to rule the country. Wouldn't it be better to not have this discrepancy and everyone is on the same level?

FreeOfState.org discusses the benefits and effects of living life as a global community, without ruling borders, where people self-regulate and self-govern their own lifestyle. Do you think that we can do that?

Based on the recent horrific incidents of Nurin and Sharminie, I don't think Malaysians are ready for that but it is definitely something to strive towards!
