If you have been reading my blog, you would know that I have put on weight that I have already outgrown a couple of pair of pants. That was how I realized that I have put on weight in the first place and I blame it on my parents for stuffing me with food.
I lamented to a friend of mine and told her that this Chinese New Year is definitely not help what with all the New Year delicacies tempting me. But I know I have to be pro active about reducing my weight or I would just continue to balloon and it would be very tough to reduce my weight then.
Since I have never faced with a weight problem before, I did not how where or how to start. Which weight loss programs work and which do not? Which weight loss diets work and which do no?
This friend is sympathetic and she is no stranger to fighting off the excess pounds. I was told of this very informative article on 5 healthy weight loss tips which I should read first before embarking on any program. I understand that doing it the wrong way could cause my weight to rebound and then I would probably end up worse off than now.
I found a Weight Watchers online coupon that will save me more than 25% but it expires on 29 February, 2008. My friend says that if I were really serious about losing weight, I should take advantage of this offer.
Well, what do you think? I KNOW I am fat and I want to get rid of the fat that is accumulating on my body but I dread of the hard work that will be coming my way should I commit myself to a professional weight loss program!
