You probably may or may not remember my Hawaiian friend, Gypsy. It has been such a long time since we kept in touch with each other but then life and work have gotten into the way of friendship. So what is new, right?
Recently, she wrote to me and told me that she is in business now, selling kava tea. I have not heard of kava tea before but according to Gypsy, the drink from the kava root is a very popular, potent drink in Hawaii and coincidentally, it is the National Drink of Fiji. Isn't that surprising? Apparently, the kava root that this drink is produced from also grows in abundance in Fiji islands.
According to Hawaiian, the kava root drink is able to restore a balance in life for the drinker and is good for our health. Moreover, it makes a great social drink too. The kava drink, when added to tea, is an unforgettable drink.
