Although I am in sales, I am glad that I do not have a quota to meet. My colleagues on the other hand, have to face the stress of hitting their quota every month and it is especially stressful for them at the beginning of the month when their quota is reset to zero. I surely can sympathise with them!
What my colleagues need are buy leads that would help them achieve their monthly target. It's not easy to continually look for new leads so if they could buy such leads or trade them then they have a better chance of conversion.
I know of companies that sell leads in the form of mailing lists of targeted customers, people who opted-in and really want the information. Approaching these people would be the most sensible thing to do.
