The other day, I was talking to a friend, he said that his business has expanded to overseas and he has been making too many international calls to his associates. He said that currently, he sometimes uses those web based calls that are connected via instant messengers but he is not satisfied with the quality.
I said that if his business has expanded and he sees this set up as permanent or at least long term, then he should install VoIP Call Center Phone Systems so that he will save money on international calls. If not mistaken, he could even call his branch offices easily without incurring extra cost.
Actually, the company that I am working at also has VOIP system but it's not under my department so I do not have more information on the workings of it. I just pick up the phone and call!
But at least letting my friend know about it, he has an option to reduce his phone bill!
