The other day, I received an official phone call from Hong Kong. She wanted to ask me so details and I gave them to her but then when I have questions for her, she could not answer me. I think she may be knew at her job or her company has a changed in policy. Every other question I asked, she had to ask me to hold and then ask her superior office of somebody and then get back to me.
After a few times like that, she thought it would be better to call me back since it was a long distance call and it is not cheap.
I waited and waited but she did not call until the following day when I just returned home from work. That was an utterly bad time to talk on the phone because my monkey would be expecting their dinner.
OMG you should have heard the their screams for food. I was so embarrassed but I still had to talk to the lady since I needed the information before I could decide on something and I did not want to call her back.
It was definitely NOT funny but then when my monkeys make that much of noise, it is a good sign that their health is holding up. I guess I shouldn't complain!
