It's the Holy Weekend starting from today, which is Good Friday! Good Friday commemorates the crucifixion and death of Jesus at Calvary.
Easter, on the other hand, falls on Sunday and it celebrates the resurrection of Jesus.
It will be working as usual for people here in Malaysia but for people in the US, they will enjoy a long three-day weekend as Easter Monday is a holiday for them.
This morning, Paul told me that it is strange that Good Friday falls on the festival of the Goddess of Mercy (Kuan Yin). I was surprised that after so many years living in the United States, he is still keeping track of Chinese Gods Festivals!
Anyway, I would like to wish all readers, Happy Easter!
