Being an architect, Paul is extremely interested in real estate and keep tabs of the supply and demand of the market. He told me that currently, South Boston real estate is really in demand as the greater Boston area continues to grow rapidly.
Paul told me that last weekend, his realtor, Seaport Realty Group, contacted him to arrange a date for him to make a trip to South Boston to view a few properties. Paul is very excited about the prospects of investing in South Boston. He says that it will be worth his investment since he is looking at it in the long term.
Paul actually does have very fond memories of Boston as he was there for his studies many years ago and has always felt that he should make a home out of Boston should he have the chance.
