It's the end off the year again and time for the dreaded employee review. When it comes to something like this, I'd like to get it done and over with, no matter if my review is good or not. All I want is for it to be OVER.
However, as with previous years, again, the review is late! Last year, I told the management that they should get a Employee Review Software so that this process can be speeded up, but seems like they didn't listen to me.

I feel for you...my "Anuual" review is almost 10 weeks late. Long story. It's always due Nov 1st. It's been late for at least the last 3-4 years. Never this late. Figured I'd wait and see what happens. I guess they finally remembered me when I applied for a job opening within the company.
