A lady had to attend a meeting in the city at 8am, and the meeting lasted until 10am. However, that day, she was only required to report for work at 12.30pm.
Since there was only a 2.5-hour wait till work starts, she decided it was not worth to travel home and then make another trip out to the city to work. She then informed her co-workers that she'll go jalan-jalan nearby, have lunch then only report in for work.
At about noon, the lady's fiance called up her work place to look for her, but the co-workers told him that she has left word that she will jalan-jalan nearby, and will be back by 12.30pm.
Meanwhile, without anyone's knowledge, the lady decided that she will return home after all.... and guess what (no prizes for correct answer)?
She caught her fiance in bed with another woman!
She was sooooo angry that she just packed up all her personal effects and drove a thousand miles back to her hometown, and just left eveything back there; her work, her life.
And to think that they have been in this relationship for five years, already engaged and going to be married soon!
All I can say is, better for her to find out NOW before marriage. It would be more complicated to bail out after signing the dotted line.
If I were her, I would have kicked him out of the house, instead of me packing up.
